Last Call: 'Electronic Commerce Modeling Language (ECML):Version 2 Specification' to Proposed Standard

I would like to ask that proposed standards for XML languages provide
schemas based on the w3c XML Schema 1.0 recommendation.  While recognizing
that the state of the XML Schema specification may argue that an IETF
standard could eschew using in as part of a specification, we ought to
embrace and promulgate the specification that provides for a much more
robust specifications of XML languages.  More specifically, IETF
specifications of XML languages should allow conforming implementations to
form/accept documents that reference a schema rather than a DTD.
