  Yes.  The SRLGs are used to determine disjoint paths and are included in
the gmpls routing drafts (draft-kompella-ospf-gmpls-extensions-01.txt and
draft-ietf-isis-gmpls-extensions-02.txt).  The SRLGs are then used for
determining routes for backup LSPs and link protection.
