RE: TE-WG Design Team



I thought that in the announcement we explained that we had far too
many volunteers. You then have to choose. We consulted with 
a number of ADs and TAs and the WG chairs, and based on the
input we got from the volunteers we came up with the list.
We used cirteria like apparent knowledge of the topic, know
organization, etc... 

I don't think it makes sense to go into a detailed discussion here.
But instead... we should trust that the DT will come up with a good 
initial InternetDraft that contains the requirements and that based on
that we can have a good technical discussion.
