Summary of editors and documents

Phil and I would like to thank Dan Rothman for volunteering to take over
editing the CDI AAA requirements document.  Also, thanks for the various
people who volunteered to help him in that task.

I'd like to take this opportunity to summarize the CDI documents and their
editors.  As a special welcome to Dan, I'm reversing the usual order of this
list so that the AAA document is at the top. ;-)

Dan has indicated that he thinks the AAA draft requires pretty radical
surgery.  I've recommended that he do what he thinks appropriate, and let
the group react to those changes.
