Changes in -07 of model document

A new version of the model document is now available at
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-day-cdnp-model-07.txt

Here's a summary of the changes:

1. Title change (now: "A Model for Content Internetworking (CDI)")

2. Rewritten introduction.

3. Better (more complete and more accurate) references to other CDI
documents.

4. Minor changes to "Content Networks" section for clarity.

5. Eliminated uses of undefined terms "end user" and "access cache". Pointed
to RFC 3040 for more information about meshes and other arrangements of
caching proxies.

6. Substituted "L4-L7 switch" for "intelligent switch"

7. Put all terms in alphabetical order.

8. Removed (former) sections 4 and 7.  These were examples and commentary,
written before the other group documents, and redundant now.

9. Corrected "security considerations" section.

Comments to the list, please. (Any minor issues like typographical errors
