	Shall I put it in ASCII terms. 

	The DNS is now case sensitive.
	When looking up HOSTNAMES you will down case all entries.
	When looking up non hostnames preserve the case.

	Now lookup "foo.ExAmPlE.com" for both TXT and A records.
