We have decided that I should wait for the outcome
of that discussion before submitting -01.  The two
things that will be discussed are whether or not
to include the initial version of an IANA-
maintained MIB module in the published RFC, and
what sort of copyright notice needs to get included
in the MODULE-IDENTITY's DESCRIPTION clause in an
IANA-maintained MIB module.  If there is a resolution
I'll include it in Section 3.7 of the guidelines
document, otherwise I'll list it in the "open
issues" section as originally planned.
