Ongoing maintenance of MIB review guidelines document

I was thinking somewhat along the same lines, but (in the initial
stages at least) I would suggest an on-line living list of issues
along with status and proposed resolutions, somewhat like this one

that was used for the the SMIv2 clarification effort.

As for continuing as editor, I was rather hoping to step down after
this version of the document is published.  Interested volunteers
should contact Bert Wijnen and/or me.
