Hi,

the IEEE is interested in running SNMP directly over IEEE 802 and so I
ended up writing a document which intends to replace RFC 1089 in order
to fit the SNMP over Ethernet transport into the current SNMP
architecture. I am looking for feedback and comments. If you take away
all the boilerplate stuff, the remaining text is really short.
