I think that the cart belongs behind the horse. Until we get rough
consensus on the architecture and make a decision, all other energies
are a distraction from that milestone.
From the mailinglist and previous discussions, I would say we have, or
are very close to having WG consensus on loc/id mapping. Is this
something that we should bring to the table for the second session in
Vienna and vote on? Or should we have this sorted before then?
