Hi Folks,

        On Friday (10/22) a new revision of the Policy Requirements 
draft was submitted.  It contains new text from Yoram and Shai, as 
well as other changes.  I have placed a version with diff marks at:

(there is no link to this document, so you need to use the full URL 
above).

        Unfortunately there was not enough time to incorporate all 
feedback, so I intend to continue working on the draft.  I encourage 
you to provide any feedback you have, or to post discussion on this 
mailing list (mumble) or the Policy mailing list.  (As if this group 
needs such encouragement :-)
