Dear all,

These are the changes for the PSAMP info model draft:

* restructured the document to align it with the new IPFIX info model
 draft
* properties and type space section reduced to a reference to the IPFIX
 info model draft since everything we need is in there now
* introduced a (proposed) number space for PSAMP field Id's starting from
 1024
* field changes:
 - selectorId renamed to optionTemplateId
 - samplingMethod renamed to samplingAlgorithm
 - added filtering Algorithm
 - intervalCount renamed to samplingPacketInterval
 - spacingCount renamed to samplingPacketSpace
 - intervalTime renamed to samplingTimeInterval
 - spacingTime renamed to samplingTimeSpace
 - samplingRate replaced by samplingPopulation and samplingSize
 - packetStart renamed to packetSample
 - added hashFunction
* added IANA Considerations section
* added an appendix with a (non-normative) formal specification in XML

Your feedback is very welcome, especially if somebody has good ideas
to solve some of the open issues listed within the draft.
