Potential work items

In order to update the potential charter, it would be helpful if we could
get a list of potential work items that:

a. Don't require new RADIUS commands.
b. Don't require changes to the RADIUS dictionary (e.g. no
   sub-types).
c. Don't require changes to the RADIUS attribute format.
d. Need to be handled as a WG work item.
e. Are likely to be widely deployed, if specified.

If you have a proposed work item that meets these requirements, please
post info to the list.
