HTTP Digest in EAP?

While looking to reduce the amount of attribute numbers for
draft-sterman, I stumbled over EAP request / response type 38
'EAP-HTTP Digest', registered by O. Tavakoli of funk.com. I did
not find any draft or other specification of this EAP type. Does
anybody on the list know about it?
