I agree. If functionality is required in *both* RADIUS and Diameter, it
will need to be cast in the "least common denominator" format of RADIUS
attributes, subject to the RADIUS Design Guidelines.
Is there an actual requirement for these QoS attributes in RADIUS
environments?
