[RRG] Agenda

Hi all,

The chairs have decided to add an agenda item to discuss the appropriate
model for mapping functions.  As requested, this is an open discussion,
focused on concepts, NOT on proposals.

There has also been some juggling of the schedule, in an attempt to execute
a best-fit algorithm.  ;-)
