suggestion for D) a Sunday session from 10AM to 5PM (that would be a
problem iff people want to attend IEPG or one of the newcomers session)
+ session on Friday morning 9AM to 11:30AM. 

then C), A) if local infrastructure/arrangement allows, and finally B)
as lowest preference.
