[RRG] Administrivia: mailing list management

Hi all,

For a long time, we've been experiencing nagging small problems with the
mailing list.  We are currently exploring re-hosting the mailing list at an
irtf.org mail server.  There's currently no time table for this, but we felt
that you'd appreciate knowing that we're looking into this.
