That would be highly annoying yes. ;) I suspect though it would be 
far more fruitful to route this prefix normally within ones own 
domain. ;)

(You might even advertise it to some of your 'close' AS-friends via 
BGP, using either something like the possible 'AS_HOPCOUNT' attribute 
to limit its scope, or NO-EXPORT).
