If you say "centrally managed solution", does this mean stateful DHCP,
or stateless DHCP?
For the latter, I can't see much benefit over RA, except that some fields
in RA are still missing (DNS servers).
Whether or not a router vendor permits me to centrally manage the extra
information in the RAs should not influence the discussion about the
actual protocol - that's just a management software issue.
