The text was in bold as the talk was originally given to the DHC wg and
thus a (possible!) DHC 'solution' was highlighted.
I'll get the slides into a draft soon, I think the questions raised at
both v6ops and dhc are now avauilable in WG minutes so can incorporate
those into such a draft.
