I can list some, but you should download it and fire it up, then go
through menus and options to see.  A few examples:

 * Show me only threads with unread messages
 * Show me only unread messages
 * Display image and HTML MIME parts by default
 * Check for new mail periodically
 * three pane side-by-side layout (OK, that one's a pet favorite of
   mine)

I think you get the idea.
