Yes it has availability in folders.

.folders has following lines.

Gmail{
	./mnt/usb/root/pop/linux  "Inbox" 
}

.wl has following lines.
(setq 
      wl-plugged t
      elmo-maildir-folder-path "/mnt/usb/root/office/"
      elmo-message-fetch-confirm t
      
      wl-biff-check-folder-list '("./mnt/usb/root/pop/linux"))
