Thanks for response, here is a diff.

Another posting address emacs-mime-en@m.aist.go.jp may still alive.
At least I can post a message to emacs-mime-ja@m.aist.go.jp.  I
reported to Japanese ML that emacs-mime-[en|ja]@m17n.org was not
available.
