Does C-c C-j allow you to page through your templates?  This isn't too
large a burden for when WL guesses wrong, no?

This may be more of a window/frame management issue.  You may want to
try #emacs as there are some pretty sharp cookies hanging out there.
As contrasted to #wanderlust, which I suspect only has a few bots.
They can probably point you to all kinds of stuff like this

to a question.  Not that this is your answer, but maybe find
something related.

Otherwise, I'd thought I encountered this somewhere's on my Wanderlust
trawls but cannot remember where.  I'll follow up if I do.
