S/MIME with Wanderlust

Would there be a way to configure WL to deal with s/mime (smime) encrypted emails? 

I have successfully set up WL to work with gpg2 and to deal with gpg/mime via mailcrypt-3.5.9 while following in the footsteps of this gentleman:

So gpg works fine. However, I could not figure out how to deal with s/mime that should be supported by gpg2, as far as I know.

Does anybody have a running setup integrating S/MIME with WL? 

Possibly utilizing Ikazuhiro's semi-epg?
