If this is the same document we discussed the boilerplate in the
thread last month with a subject of "process question", in the absence
of new data, I would not be happy with it. I.e., my take of the thread
was that the boilerplate needs to change. Tony isn't more special than
the rest of the IETF in this regard.

But I have no problem discussing further.
