I like it.

It might be useful to add a sentence describing the services provided
by the Secretariat (e.g., runs plenary meetings, mailing lists, and
the internet-draft directory, maintains the IETF web site, and
provides support to the IESG), or a pointer to Section 1.2.6 of RFC
3160 describing the role of the Secretariat.  In case readers are
not sure exactly what the secretariat provides for the IETF for
5.83 FTEs.
