I agree with Allison - since the doc was not supposed to be on the
agenda (it did not make the cutoff date) we should leave it out of the
minutes to avoid confusion

Jacqueline,

I would appreciate it if minutes not contain
Item 10, because then it looks like we could/should have
done something about it.  There was a lot of interest in our
doing so, and if IESG could have, that would have been good.

So please drop 10.
