Please review: Financials presentation

I intend to point out to the ietf list that the financials presentation on 
Wednesday is not just "what have we used your money for", but actually 
saying that we need to do something about the way money flows.

I plan to do so by the end of Thursday (today).

But before that, I'd like you to look at the presentation to see if there's 
anything violently objectionable there.

The "agenda" presentation is in the same folder, so people will read that 
too...
