FWIW, this is exactly the pretext under which DNSEXT wrote an applicability statement for the DNS MIBs stating that the WG had determined that they weren't applicable to anything and should therefore be reclassified as Historic. Not advocating this, just pointing out that we have used this path in the past, silly as it sounds.
