Harald,

Jon and I have a number of WGs where we are swapping ADs - ones
that Scott had before, I am taking, and Jon is taking WGs
that I had.  

How do you recommend we communicate this to the Secretariat to
that there is a clear enough instruction for the tracker change?

P.S.  the RFC-Published state should retain the old AD name, not
just the RFC-Editor-Queue state, to add to something in your statement,
but I think maybe that is covered.
