Greetings again. I was looking at the mailing lists on the FTP server 
at ftp.ietf.org in the /ietf-mail-archive directory. Among the many 
WG mailing lists in that directory, there is also a directory called 
"iesg-only that has a couple of files. I downloaded them and started 
to read the first one, and quickly stopped because it looks like it 
really is supposed to be an internal mailing list. I saw a few of 
your names, the word "appeal", and so on.

This might be a Bad Thing, or I might just be being paranoid without 
having read more. Let me know either way.
