The IESG has no problem with the publication of 'A URN Namespace for FIPA' 
<draft-bellifemine-urn-fipa> as an Informational RFC.

Please make the following changes in draft-bellifemine-urn-fipa:

In the title, please adjust FIPA to read "Foundation for Intelligent 
Physical Agents", so that the first use spells out the acronym.

Please replace the current text in the Security Considerations section with 
the following text:

"The proposed URN Namespace ID shares the security considerations outlined 
in RFC 3406, but has no other known security considerations."

Please also add a reference to RFC 3406 to the draft as a normative 
reference; all other references in the draft are informative.
