FW: Last Call: A Mechanism for Content Indirection in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Messages to a Proposed Standard



I believe there are a number of patent claims on SIP (posted on IETF IPR
site) ,  has there been any study of these encumbrances and their impact on
implementation?
