Re: Alternate Agenda and Package for June 26, 2003 Telechat

Hi Allison:

Thank you for your input on the format of the "alternate" telechat 
package.  The alternate package has two components:  a "summary" and the 
actual package.  The summary is simply a list of the items (i.e., 
documents, working groups, and management issues) that will be covered 
during the telechat.  Therefore, it does not include Web notes or other 
details.  The Web notes *are* included in the actual package.  (My original 
intent was to have the summary be a table of contents to facilitate 
locating information on specific items in the package.  However, Mike tells 
me that there is no way to include page numbers in this type of file.)

If the IESG would like us to expand the summary to include Web notes or 
other information, then we could certainly do so.  However, I would like to 
get consensus on this and other suggested revisions before proceeding with 
any changes.  (If you've been following today's discussion of "indented 
headings" vs. "left-justified headings," then you will understand my concern.)

Maybe I'll collect all of the proposed changes, and do a Last Call with a 
ballot....
