Creating, Rechartering, and Closing a Working Group

Dear IESG Members:

The current procedures for creating, rechartering, and closing a working 
group are now posted on the Internal IESG Web Page.  They can be found in 
the "Procedures" category of the "Reference Materials" section.

Please review the procedures and send your comments to the IESG mailing 
list.  The procedures will be on the agenda for the September 4 IESG 
telechat under "Management Issues," and your suggestions for modifying them 
will be discussed at that time.
