Last Call Comment: draft-weltman-ldapv3-proxy-12.txt

I have reviewed and implemented draft-weltman-ldapv3-proxy-12.txt
and find it suitable for publication as a Proposed Standard.  Below
are two editorial concerns I suggest be addressed before publication.

  The title (and headers) of the document should be updated
  to be "LDAP Proxy Authorization Control".

  Tags for references should be more consistent.  E.g.,
  Should always use [RFC XXXX] or always use [LDAPTLS].
