A most fair response.
I hestitate to add anything, but after sleeping on it, I think
a tiny addition is called for.
Mr Glassey, as appellant, bears the sole responsibility for:
1) Clearly stating what action he is appealing; and
2) Clearly stating what relief he seeks.
IMHO, he has failed on both counts.
