Dear Mr.Savola,

IDs are updated on the web server four times daily. Announcements of IDs
are usually sent after one of the morning updates.  Sometimes these
announcements get through quickly and might be received by you in
advance of the actual update on the ID web server.

We can try to send announcements out a bit later to be sure the website
update has already happened. However, there may be times when an
announcement reaches you beforehand.
