My DISCUSS comment, which is also in the Data Tracker:

The document includes example server names.  The server names chosen imply 
something about the kind of service being offered, but then do not have the 
typical "example.com" structure.  I think that company names can be avoided 
without loosing the message.  For example:

     Amazon   --> www.example.com
     SAP      --> acct.example.com
     HR       --> hr.example.com
     ietf     --> ftp.example.com
     CNN      --> live-action.news.example.com
     Pop3     --> pop3.mail.example.com
     CallCtr  --> call-center.example.com
