I noticed this too. This is a tool issue - the tool started logging when someone clears the "on agenda" flag, and Amy cleared the "on agenda" flag after the telechat as SOP. I think that the tool behavior has to change - either by changing the message logged, or by not logging a message in this situation. (My preference is the latter.) Bill
