sigh.....
in this day of IPR all over the floor, should something be said in the interoperability report about the claimed IPR and how implementors dealt with it?
I was wondering about this. Given all the fuss about reporting licensing interoperability we had with the TIFF-FAX work I think we'd be remiss not to require the same sort of thing here.
This may be opening up a can of worms, but as I read 2026, it is required to say *something*, even if it is "No implementor found a need to obtain a license to the claimed IPR".
