vrrp and IPR

sigh.....

in this day of IPR all over the floor, should something be said in the 
interoperability report about the claimed IPR and how implementors dealt 
with it?

This may be opening up a can of worms, but as I read 2026, it is required 
to say *something*, even if it is "No implementor found a need to obtain a 
license to the claimed IPR".
