DNA BOF report

DNA wasn't terribly controversial.

Some of the slides are here:
  http://www.ctie.monash.edu.au/dna

Basically there are three remaining parts of the work (DNA for IPv4
has moved to DHC):

1. Detecting Network Attachment in IPv6
2. IPv6 Duplicate Address Detection optimization.
3. Various work on link hints.

(1) and (2) seem uncontroversial, although it's not clear whether (2)
should be in a DNA WG or in IPv6 WG.

There's some debate on (3), as this is primarily L2 related. Most
likely this would just be a survey of what link hints are available
and how reliable they are. It's not clear to me how useful this would
be.
