As I explained in a previous mail, the error lies in Harald's script,
which insists on the last hop listed by traceroute being
"aroot.psg.com".  The aroot.psg.com you successfully traced the route
to simply uses a different IP source address in the ICMP packet that
traceroute receives (note that the destination address is included
elsewhere in the ICMP packet, but traceroute doesn't show it).

Note that Microsoft's TRACERT program does see the anycast address,
because it uses ICMP ECHO requests rather than UDP packets to
purportedly unused ports.  Sorry for this politically incorrect remark.
