While JET may, as a collective exercise, or individual JET members may,
the IETF collectively, and this WG, have no more business "peeking under
the covers" of JET than it does of the UTC.

Our interest is in the necessity, and sufficiency, of the table, for the
purposes stated, and nothing else.
