For *some* customers, yes.  Not sure if that needs to be on this WG's
plate, though.  Would it make any sense to first figure out if we can
support a large number of traffic-sharing-multihomed sites of any sort,
and later worry about trying to balance the flows or engineer the
traffic or apply policy constraints?
