First, let me say that this draft is the best thing ever written.  I'm
trying to decide whether to throw out the Bible or Code Complete to
make room for it on my shelf.  ;)

It doesn't work, except for where it does, like DNS and SMTP.

I thought the draft was appropriately free of details.  How do you
mean exactly?
