Why its not three 2H sessions? Have you tried?

Formally? OK. When can I see formal call for proposals?

Note that people, including chairs, insisting on a requirement draft
have been deprecating to discuss specific proposals.

Hugh?

Two?

Host based loc/id is a single class of many solutions including LIN6.

Note that something being worked on is not better than something
completed.

Note also that repeating the same discussion against geo and GSE
again and again does not mean "work on".

PS

It's good that no time is wasted on a requirement draft.
